Terms & Conditions
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using this program, the purchaser and participant agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If the participant does not agree to these terms, the program must not be purchased or used.
1. Program Scope
This program is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Program content may include training materials, videos, worksheets, templates, coaching, consulting insights, community access, recorded sessions, bonus materials, and related resources, depending on the offer presented at the time of purchase.
The provider reserves the right to update, improve, replace, modify, or discontinue any portion of the program, including modules, bonuses, delivery format, access methods, or supporting materials, at any time.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By enrolling, the participant represents and warrants that these requirements are satisfied.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are due as stated on the checkout page or in a separate written agreement. If a payment plan is offered, the participant agrees to complete all scheduled payments on time.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program, bonuses, community features, or related services. The provider may use lawful collection methods to recover unpaid balances.
4. Refund Policy
Unless a separate written refund policy is expressly stated on the sales page, checkout page, invoice, order form, or signed agreement, all sales should be treated as final.
If a refund policy is offered for this program, eligibility for a refund will be governed strictly by the written terms of that policy, including any deadlines, participation requirements, proof requirements, or exclusions.
5. Intellectual Property
All program materials are owned by or licensed to the provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchase of the program grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the participant’s personal or internal business use only, unless a separate written license states otherwise.
Participants may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, sublicense, share, or exploit any program materials without prior written permission.
6. No Resale or Unauthorized Sharing
Login credentials may not be shared. Program access may not be transferred, assigned, sublicensed, or resold without express written authorization.
Unauthorized copying, screen recording, distribution, file sharing, reposting, or commercial use of program materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may also result in legal action.
7. Community Standards
If the program includes access to a group, forum, chat, mastermind, or online community, participants agree to act professionally and respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, unlawful conduct, threats, spam, deceptive claims, solicitation without permission, and disruption of the learning environment are prohibited.
The provider reserves the right to remove content, restrict participation, or revoke community access at its sole discretion if conduct is deemed harmful, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the purpose of the program.
8. Technology and Access
The participant is responsible for maintaining internet access, compatible devices, software, and account security necessary to use the program. Access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, platform outages, updates, security issues, or circumstances beyond the provider’s control.
The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any website, portal, platform, or third-party service used to deliver the program.
9. No Professional Relationship
Enrollment in this program does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, therapist-client, fiduciary, investment advisory, broker-dealer, banking, employment, joint venture, partnership, or other formal professional relationship unless separately established in a signed written agreement.
10. User Responsibility
The participant is solely responsible for how any information, strategy, template, recommendation, or example is applied. Business, financial, legal, tax, marketing, operational, and investment decisions should be evaluated independently and, where appropriate, with licensed professional advisors.
11. Results Not Guaranteed
The provider does not guarantee any specific outcome, revenue level, funding result, credit approval, business growth, investment return, audience growth, lead generation result, or other measurable performance outcome.
Any testimonials, case studies, examples, illustrations, or success stories are provided for informational purposes only. They are not promises or guarantees that any participant will achieve the same or similar results.
12. Third-Party Tools and Links
The program may reference or integrate third-party platforms, software, payment processors, communities, websites, or service providers. The provider is not responsible for third-party terms, policies, availability, performance, data handling, or content.
Use of third-party services is at the participant’s own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
13. Recording and Use of Sessions
Live calls, webinars, group coaching sessions, or training events may be recorded for quality, training, archival, educational, or replay purposes. By participating in such sessions, the participant consents to recording, unless prohibited by law.
The provider may use participant comments, questions, or anonymized interactions within program materials, provided that personal confidential information is not intentionally disclosed without authorization.
14. Confidentiality
The provider will use reasonable care with non-public information shared within the program, but confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group environments, online communities, or third-party platforms. Participants are responsible for exercising judgment before sharing sensitive, proprietary, financial, legal, medical, or personal information.
Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidential information of other participants and not to disclose or misuse such information.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The program and all associated content, services, and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The provider disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, completeness, and availability.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising out of or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on the program.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the provider’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the participant for the program giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
The participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the provider and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from the participant’s misuse of the program, violation of these terms, infringement of rights, unlawful conduct, or negligent acts.
18. Termination
The provider reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the program, without prior notice, for nonpayment, misuse, unauthorized sharing, disruptive conduct, suspected fraud, legal risk, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property protections, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and other protective clauses, shall survive.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions should be governed by the laws of the state identified by the provider in its principal place of business, unless a different governing law is specified in a written agreement.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the program should first be addressed through good-faith informal efforts. If not resolved, the provider may require exclusive venue in the applicable state or federal courts of its chosen jurisdiction, unless arbitration or another dispute process is separately required by written agreement.
20. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the program after updated terms are posted or communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
